Aqualyx® is an injectable treatment that liquidates fat cells. These fat cells are then eliminated by the body. It is a non-surgical treatment used for body contouring and is not a weight loss treatment.

 

The injections are positioned to be given into small areas of stubborn fat. Areas that can be treated include 'bingo wings', back fat/bra back fat, 'love handles', waist, thighs and buttocks.

 

Before Aqualyx® is administered a full medical consultation will be carried out to assess suitability for the injections and to ensure the treatment is right for you.

 

On the day of treatment, the area is marked out and multiple small injections of Aqualyx® are administered into the treatment area. The Aqualyx® is mixed with a local anaesthetic prior to injection for increased comfort.

 

A course of two or three treatments per area is recommended to achieve the best results. These should be given approximately three weeks apart.
